A99 Terms & Conditions — Rules and Terms of Use

1. Eligibility & Registration

To participate on the a99 platform, users must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and such accounts may be closed at any time. Each individual may only create one account; operating multiple accounts is not permitted. Verification of your email or phone number at the time of registration is required. a99 may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time, and users are obligated to provide it.

2. Account Policy

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not grant anyone else access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. a99 may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected. Passwords may be reset at the user's request or in the interest of security.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the a99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits apply in accordance with the platform's set policies and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests may take a specific amount of time to process; contact support for urgent matters. a99 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for suspicious or unusual transactions until the verification process is complete. Transferring funds to third-party accounts or making deposits using third-party cards is prohibited. All transactions are conducted in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.

4. Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity on the a99 platform is strictly prohibited. Automated bots, scripts, or software may not be used to conduct activities on the platform. Attempting to steal another user's account credentials or gain unauthorized access is a serious violation. Exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform may result in account termination. Any attempt to harass, insult, or mislead other users will not be tolerated. The a99 authority reserves the full right to investigate any suspicious activity and take necessary action.

5. Account Suspension & Closure

In the event of any breach of these terms, a99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In the case of permanent closure, any unused valid balance in the account may be returned subject to verification. Bonus or promotional balances are non-refundable under any circumstances. Users may also voluntarily request account closure by contacting the support team. Applicable legal obligations will remain in effect even after account closure. As part of the responsible gaming policy, users may request self-imposed limits or self-exclusion.

6. Limitation of Liability

A99 is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. a99 is not obligated to provide compensation if a game or transaction is interrupted due to loss of internet connectivity or device issues. a99 is entirely absolved of responsibility for the outcomes of bets or games conducted at the user's own discretion. Information provided on the platform should be considered general guidance only and does not constitute financial advice. Any disputes or complaints may be submitted through our support channels, and a99 will endeavor to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe. Applicable laws of Bangladesh will be followed where relevant.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

A99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or revoke these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email or platform notification where possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account. The date of the most recent update will always be noted at the bottom of this page.
